We offer immunizations for preventable diseases transmitted through the air, by mosquitoes, in food and water and in blood and bodily fluids.
Once the appropriate immunizations have been administered, travelers are given a Certificate of Vaccination, which is necessary for entry into many foreign countries.
In addition to many routine immunizations, we offer a number of travel-related immunizations, including those for:
Yellow Fever Vaccine Shortage
We are in the midst of a nationwide shortage of Yellow Fever Vaccine. Consequently, we have been forced to prioritize our vaccinations and have developed a scheduling program that will allow us to provide yellow fever vaccine to those travelers that require the vaccine for travel and to those travelers to whom it has been recommended.
When scheduling your travel visit, please be aware that you may or may not receive your yellow fever immunization at your initial visit. You may be asked to make a second appointment and return for the yellow fever vaccination at that time.
Please be assured we are working very hard to minimize any inconvenience to our patients during this nationwide shortage. We ask for your patience and understanding as we attempt to meet all our travel patient’s needs.
As always, we appreciate the opportunity to work with you in planning a safe and healthy trip.
